We ship orders via Australia Post from Wollongong, NSW within 3 days of the order being received.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days within Australia (depending on location)
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days within Australia (depending on location)
Rural & Remote Areas: May take an additional 1–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen postal delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale/clearance items (unless faulty) cannot be returned.

Return Process

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Some of our products are available to purchase as pre-orders. This means you can secure your favourite items before they officially arrive in stock.

Please note:

• Any order containing a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-ordered product arrives.

• If you’d like your in-stock items shipped first, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

• Alternatively, you can email us at hello@notjustamum.com.au after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange shipment of the available items first.
